Requirements for our Closing Attorney Jobs in MA:
- Must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and be in good standing;
- Have a minimum of two years of residential and/or commercial Massachusetts Real Estate Closing Attorney experience;
- Have a well developed and portable book of real estate business.
- Must have expertise in handling residential and/or commercial purchase and sale agreements and closing transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years experience as a residential closing real estate paralegal
- Ability to handle a file from beginning to end
- Ability to successfully multitask
- Superior computer skills and comfortable with advanced technologies
- Strong organizational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent customer-relations skills

- Knowledge of Qualia is a plus
